  • Nonexistent service and apathetic staff. Guy standing in back doing nothing watched us walk back and forth looking for towel hooks and never said a word. Finally I asked and he just looked at us and said "aisle 42", without even pointing or offering to show us over there. Oh and the guy with beard I asked before was kneeling over doing something and didn't even look up when I asked "could you help me out?" He just said yeah and kept doing something. I walked away. I will not return. I don't need amazing service either - just someone who gives a crap. Honestly why would you go back when you can order all this stuff online now with better service. These stores just don't get it and aren't training their staff.
