  • If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did no one help me because everyone was standing around, but when I finally got up to the cashier area this girl with a nasty attitude named JUSTINA was incredibly rude and acted like she didn't want to be there at all. She rolled her eyes, and when I asked a question she acted as if I was bothering her. She didn't even tell me to have a good day or anything as I finished up. Will not return to this JC Penny. She was disgustingly horrible.
