  • I have lived at Skywater Apartments for a year to the day and have been thoroughly impressed by not only the amenities but also the property management. Whenever we have an issue with an appliance or fixture we immediately put in a work order and the problem is responded to and taken care of within 24hrs. The gym and pool areas where we spend the most time are usually in great condition and are definitely as cool as they look. I highly recommend for 20 something year olds. Even though it's close to ASU campus it has somehow refrained from becoming one big college student party house. Still, there are young people everywhere but just a little more on the conservative side (in the best way). Hector Soto (with Pinnacle property management), is great to work with and creates personal and trusting relationships with the tenants. I've just resigned my lease for another year and look forward living here for 2018!
