I rarely write bad reviews but unfortunately I was not happy with my experience here. I came in for two gel pedicures since we had a lunch date around this area. Got seated without much of a wait which was nice for a walk in. However, once the technician saw I had previous gel nail polish on she left and said she can't do gel. So we were left soaking our feet in the tub of water until a male, who seemed like the manager, came back and told her to do my pedicure anyway. It seemed she was upset that she had to do my pedicure and another technician would just paint the gel at the very end. In her defense, I thought it was unfair for him to ask that of her because she's doing all the hard work and should deserve all of my tip. The massage chair was so uncomfortable on my bottom, I had to keep moving around because it felt sore, as if the chair was very worn down. I was looking forward to the leg massage and hot stones, as that creates the whole relaxing part of treating yourself for a pedi, but it was honestly one of the shortest and lightest ones I ever had. All in all, I do like the way my gel polish looks so I made sure to tip everyone well. For $91 pedicures + $25 tip I would definitely say it was not worth the actual experience itself and it's just unfortunate that the whole experience itself was enough to not return.
