It's always a long wait just to even drop off the prescription. I kept going anyway because of the drive thru window, but even that has been inconvenient. Today, I decided to go inside to drop off my prescription. I was the only one in line, but kept waiting even if they had 3 people working behind the counter. I was not once acknowledged. By the time the girl was ready to help me...she was abrupt with me and told me I was in the wrong line and there was a separate drop off window. She spoke down to me as if I should've known even if the counter I was at has a big sign that says drop off and pick up prescriptions! So I go to the designated window and that girl walks away from me. I was so upset that I walked off in a huff. I can say that I will never go back there again! Lack of customer service and communication to say the least! :/
