We really enjoy Texas de Brazil. We went on a Sunday night and the restaurant was somewhat busy but did not seem loud or crowded. The salad bar was quite tasty, I especially enjoy the grilled provolone cheese and salad with Brazilian dressing. Even the croutons, enormous "bacon bits" and marinated tomatoes were delicious. We tried the au gratin potatoes but they were a little rich for us. The meats are phenomenal. My favorite which apparently is the least popular, is the spicy Brazilian sausage. Be sure not to miss it. The flank steak and sirloin cuts were impeccably seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Filet mignon is well filet mignon, lol. We don't care as much for the chicken or pork because they have a tendency to be a little dry. Our server, the manager, and most of the gauchos were super attentive and friendly. A few of the gauchos could smile a little more, just FYI. Overall A+
