Update! The weekday guy at Hornet Moving ended up scheduling us for the weekend of November 5th on accident. I don't know why their phone was off for a while but a man named Blake called me and not only offered to make it right by comping the move but when we told him we had hired a different company he agreed to pay the bill. The situation was handled very professionally. I have changed my review to 5 stars because of the great customer service we received after being able to discuss the situation. Thank you, Blake!
