Came here on Friday night for a late dinner. My boyfriend spent the past three years in Europe, so his hopes were high for quality eastern European food and this place did not disappoint!
You walk in to a cool atmosphere with lots of nick-knacks and interesting artwork. All food is tapas style, small playes that are easy to share. We tried the Hungarian goulash, homemade pickles, shrimp in white wine sauce, and a small hot pot. Everything was delicious!!! We will definitely be coming back.
Our waitress was Bulgarian (as is most of the staff, she told us) and she was extremely helpful. She even told me how to make the shrimp dish at home! Cant wait to go back!
UPDATE: We came back on 8/1/15 and were sorely disappointed. The Salyanka we ordered was so salty it was inedible. Then our entrees (burger and chicken kabob) were also painfully salty. We left hungry. :( i did tell the waiter the truth when he stopped by, telling him our food was far too salty. He offered his condolences but couldnt offer us any solution.
