  • I had an emergency flare up of Arthritis and needed the first available appointment which was in 3 WEEKS, so I scheduled it, showed up to find out that the Doctor simply wasn't in today. After I threw a fit and insisted on being seen ASAP, they switched me to another doctor for the next day, simply so I could get a referral to a specialist (rheumatologist). I asked for the next available specialist and that it was an emergency (I could not walk or use my hands) and they referred me to a specialist who did not have an opening for another 2 MONTHS. After I threw another fit, found my own specialist, and requested another referral, they told me it would be 2 WEEKS until they could write one up. As I was on my way to the emergency room, they finally agreed to fax over my referral. I found out the next day that they had faxed the same initial referral to the specialist 2 months out. They blatantly lied to me to brush me off when I was having a medical emergency. I have found another primary care doctor and would like to see them shut down. I would not recommend ANYBODY to their practice.
