  • Jeff is in my house right now as I am writing this review. He has spent the last 4 hours trying to remove some ABS that was put down our downstairs toilet drain by our builders. We've only been in this house a year and the downstairs toilet needed to be plunged since the first week we moved in (it's a new-build). Thanks to Jeff's persistence, he found the issue and took care of it so we can use our downstairs toilet again! For the amount of work he did, the price was very reasonable. I asked if I could tip him and he refused. Good, honest work!
