  • I went to check out the apartments here and i have nothing good to say. For one they try to pitch you on the "newly renovated" versions that have been upgraded with "granite" and "hardwood" but when you walk in its all laminate and a granite imitation. Its as if they are upselling you on top shelf but still serving you rail. If that wasnt enough I noticed a severe roach infestation. I had to see nearly 20 roaches dead on the sidewalks outside of the apartments during our tour. And it doesnt end there, their pool was filty. They had a terrible choice in landscape with the trees they chose because it sheds flowers EVERYWHERE. In the pool, on the ground, on the chairs, just everwhere. Makes everything look dirty and unkept. No one was at the pool during my tour and i truly believe its because they do not keep up with cleaning it so residents would rather just stay at home. I hope Mosaics owners see this review and do something to better their apartments.
