| - Facility: Located inside Markville Mall (near the Walmart entrance on the right hand side). I went in to get a pair of heel taps added to some boots.
Quality & Price: Perhaps I am spoiled, but I usually take my shoes downtown for repairs. I'm used to paying about $10 for a simple heel tap replacement. Odeon charged me $17.xx for it. You have to pay the price up-front, not at pick-up.
Service: Minimal. It was nice of the owner to take my shoes on the day he wasn't working (just in for paperwork), but he certainly didn't hide how he felt. Borderline rude tone, but giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'll try and look past it. On the day of pick up, he took his time in the back before bringing me the shoes (honestly, I don't think they were done). He told me to buff it again when I got home, toss them in a plastic bag smeared with black polish. Odeon got the job done, but it was sloppy, expensive and not at all warm or friendly.
Overall: Manageable if you have some cheap-ish ($20 - $70 valued) shoes you want repaired and you live nearby. I would skip this place completely for high end footwear. And even then, the prices are almost double what I pay for downtown. I don't think I'll be returning.
