  • I was not happy at all with my experience selling gold with them. I took a diamond ring to them to sell ( i have an appraisal for) and the associate tried to tell me it was a cz. Didnt even test it. I told him it was not and he continued to argue with me and tell me he is an expert on this. I finally asked him to test it with his diamond machine to see...oh guess what it showed up as a diamond. Then he tried to back track and say its because the diamonds were not good diamonds. The guy was arrogant and totally tried to rip me off. I will never return there again. They might sell high end jewelry but buyers beware. Always take your jewelry to several people prior to selling.
