  • Attended a ravioli workshop with Chef Demetrio. I'm sure he is a good chef however, in my opinion he is not a good instructor. He gave very little direction. His accent was strong and difficult to understand. The class of sixteen was much too large for him to control on his own. His assistants seemed to do little other than wash dishes. I have attended several cooking classes at different venues and have always had excellent experiences. Not the case with this one. Our finished product was inedible for me.
