  • This is a long one- rest your eyes before beginning to read. Bought my Dodge Dart 2013 at Superstition Jeep and Dodge, Mesa,Az. This was December of 2012. Ever since, August 2013- Present (May, 17th, 2018) the car has been serviced for Transmission related issues ever since, from varying degrees of recalls to other power train failures. This is where Earnhardt comes in. When you want to talk about "world class service" they must be referring to themselves in the third world sense. They subtract the customer from customer service and it shows from their low level car drivers and call boys to their top tier advisors. Why are they so bad? 1.) They lie, don't believe me? Go look up the Dodge Dart Chrysler report when it comes to that cars transmission. They admit the car has a poor design flaw and no matter how much work or recall goes into it the problem won't ever be solved. The employees at this dealership are either ignorant or devious when it comes to bringing this information to them. They continually put the company and their own self interest ahead of the customer. Subsequently due to this my warranty ran out, (6 months ago) and now I am left coming up with $3000 for a transmission issue. The problem is, Dodge and their dealerships know this car has a problem and instead of extending the warranty or letting the customer know they instead lead us off a cliff with no "fix" in sight. 2.) Misinformation, if you want a company that says one thing and then says another to then do something completely different in the end- Earnhardt Dodge is your match. What do I mean? Well, let's see, from stating their tow trucking service partner is covered under insurance to the amount of money you pay at the cashier it's all a surprise- it's always different and it's always changing. Sure this is antidotal, but as you can see from the mean Yelp score this company really isn't doing itself any favors. 3.) Lack of customer service, as mentioned earlier they take the customer out of service. Their motto, "no bull" is a joke and ironic as everything when it comes to dealing with this company is bull. Sometimes they forget to rotate your tires when you pay them to as you find out when you get home when inspecting your own tires, they don't wash your car when they say they will, they park your car behind unmanned cars and explain if you want to leave you need to back your car up yourself and drive around the wall separating oncoming traffic and the service center. Look, I'm sure some of you are loyal when it comes to Dodge, that's fine, don't buy the Dart and stay away from Earnhardt and you'll keep yourself safe. This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with, I wouldn't be surprised if all the people and the structure itself derived from Hell, moreover, this dealership is like taking a real-time trip to the land of Idiocracy the film. Do yourself a favor, go across the street and buy from GMC. You don't, your paid to say it, and you know it. I was treated like a jerk from day one- the predator leading the blind. You hire trash and respectively the service reflects that. No need to defend your fragile ego from a Yelp review, instead look at your company ethics, look at your collective score on Yelp (2.5 stars out of 195 reviews) and do some introspection. A rebuttal to me is a waste of time as you could be grooming better applicants instead of trying to float your company ego.
