| - Via Brasil Steakhouse
I've been to almost all the Brazilian steakhouses in Las Vegas. Via Brasil is one of my favorites. I don't eat at authentic Churrascarias too often. That's because I never seem to get my money's worth. But if I could, I would eat at a place like this on the daily. If you haven't been to a Churrascaria before, then you're missing out on an all-you-can-eat meat treat. Carnivores are welcome.
There's three options when dining here; the Sterling Dinner (21 meat options), Prime Dinner (14 meat options), or Rodizo Brunch. The salad bar also includes soups, cheese, bread, and pastas. The salad bar is part of the meal, but don't recommend spending your calories here. Save yourself for the meat. Servers will be by every couple of minutes with different types of meat as long as you have the puck with the green side up. I tend to have a strategy when I dine at places like this. I will usually get a very small sample of each meat. Once I find my favorite, it's on like Donkey Kong. I will go after my favorites and at Via Brasil, those favorites include the garlic steak, tri-tip, tangy chicken, turkey, and sausage. The restaurant will also prepare the meat the way you like it. I didn't have any complaints with the meats that I had. Everything that I had was good. As for the service, it's close to "as good as it gets". Overall, I recommend Via Brasil. Feastmode On!!
