  • ATTENTION PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I went to DMV easy on May 1, 2017 to register my vehicle. I did a smog check for $47 including tips. Their service fee was $149.00 including tip and they told me they will call me when they have my things. On May 2, 2017, they called me and told me my card was declined at the DMV. I went over to the DMV easy 1 hour after they called me and I reimbursed them $145 because they paid for my registration on my behalf. No $39 or 5% charge as stated on their contract which was good. On May 4, 2017 I texted them and I told them that my $149.00 was not declined because my Wells Fargo Transaction states it was charged. The manager stated it's $149.00 for service fee and $145 for DMV fee. (Note this: If they choose not to pay on your behalf, but go an additional time it's $119 dollars extra) So basically your paying almost $300 plus the smog fee. My registration fee would only be $136. It's worth waiting just 1-2 minutes by the selfkisok and there's DMV self-kisok all around Vegas and some are located in grocery stores (no waiting) so don't bother doing business with them. It's better to just go get your smog check and just go to the DMV self-kisok and save money. Your paying $145 dollars so they can walk to the DMV self-kisok and only wait like 1-3 minutes to print it out and come back. Plus pay a little more for cards being declined. The manager of the company tried to bribe me by refunding my registration fee if I deleted my Yelp review. I wonder why? He was technically harassing me all day. I will post pictures. I KNOW MAIDS THAT CHARGE LESS THAN THEM. Walking to the DMV self-kisok is NOT HARD LABOUR. Here is a scenario if you walk to DMV NOW: You do your smog check get charged $$45 You decide to do your registration $$$145 service fee You have something pending on your records like child support or unpaid tickets They will charge you $$$119 for additional trips. That totals at $$$$$309!!!!!!!! But wait we didn't add your registration fee which could be like $$120-140 That like more than $$$$400 Is not walking to the self kisok or waiting in line worth $$$$$400.00???? Better Business Bureau should or will be notifed if this continues.
