  • Was on the road and needed to get my haircut. Very easy cut. Literally, total buzz. When I have my haircut I usually ask them to quickly rinse it just so I don't deal with tiny hairs everywhere afterwards. Was told they don't do that. That it was a policy of the owner and that it makes everyone mad. I imagine it does given the fact that I've probably been to 50+ Great Clips locations and this is the ONLY location that has ever said that! Will certainly never go back and will definitely let corporate know about my experience!
