| - I WANT THEIR CARPET. I'd never made it to a movie here but have lived super close for a few years now. I finally had a good chance to go see Meru - a climbing, alpine adventure movie. Tickets were for purchase at the concession stand - not outside, so be sure to add a bit of time because a ticket + food line can get a bit slow.
Popcorn was your standard $7-small, $8-medium, $9-ginormous bucket, but I liked that they also had beers, wines, and some non-standard movie foods for purchase.
The movie theater itself wasn't anything fancy - no reclining seats, no meals, no buttons for service - it was a movie theater.
The big plus for this one is that they have awesome, not-to-be-found-anywhere else movies.
And the carpet, it is so amazing. If anyone wants to join the fan club to get this carpet up to PDX carpet status (http://www.pdxcarpet.com) let me know.
