  • Three stars for on-time, professional, friendly service! I'll upgrade my review-- to 5 stars!-- when Super Shuttle uses the safest-possible brand of air freshener. I'm sure Super Shuttle strives to protect everyone's health and safety, customers and drivers alike. And you can help! Please ask Super Shuttle to please check these trusted ratings: http://www.ewg.org/guides/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=air+freshener&page=1&per_page=15 This came up when I spotted air freshener in the trunk, as the driver loaded my luggage. I could be wrong-- maybe Super Shuttle already use toxic-free air fresheners, not the one I spotted. Anyway, I've asked the company to address this, and patiently awaiting their response. Now back to my otherwise fab experience! I'd used Super Shuttle twice, at least a decade ago. Always showed up on time, and got me there on time. This time around, in December 2015, I wished I'd had time to read reviews, and shop around. Not for better service. But find companies with toxic-free features, and that pay drivers livable rates. Nice sentiments, but I lacked time for such a search. So I went with Super Shuttle again. The driver arrived at my door exactly on time. He was was polite, stashed my luggage, made sure I was buckled in, and we were off. We picked up two more passengers, waiting outside their doors when we arrived. Nice, considerate folks, btw-- one with a well-behaved dog in a pet carrier. I left the driver a 20% tip-- well worth not taking 3 long bus connections, w/ all my luggage! I'm looking forward to using Super Shuttle again! That is, when I'm assured the company uses the safest-possible air fresheners.
