  • BEWARE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. Cheap rent and decent apartment size is tempting, but don't be fooled into thinking they are not swindlers in the long haul. Living in the complex was decent but THEY WILL FIGHT YOU ON RETURNING ANY KIND OF DEPOSIT BACK. Keep track of your water and rent payments and if there are any "issues" keep documentation that it got resolved. They gave me the runaround on my deposit for two and a half months! And when I finally did receive the check it was the wrong about and they deducted me for things that were never disclosed in the two and a half month process of getting them to mail the check. BEWARE. You might end up in court to get your money back.
