rev:text	I am a huge Starbucks fan, mainly because of the taste of their coffee, the quality of their products, and their excellent customer service. While I continue to read how great and cozy this location is ... I have to disagree. It used to be a great hangout, but it's not anymore. This is my local Starbucks, I have been coming here for many years, and sadly have witnessed it's deterioration over the years. This location is extremely busy because of the Unionville Main Street traffic, it is a very popular street for both tourists and GTA residents. Somehow though, over and over again on busy days like weekends or holidays they seem to run out of many of their products by mid-afternoon. It's as if they continue to forget how busy it's going to get, and don't have enough inventory. Let's not even talk about the huge line-ups due to poor staffing which at times have made me drive to a different location. Although it was renovated only a couple of years ago, it's already looking quite dingy and ragged. Considering the yearly traffic, it should be renovated more often. Also, the new layout of the first floor is very poor, it took seats away and made it harder to find somewhere to sit. Lastly, the customer service. As I mentioned previously, Starbucks normally has great customer service, this location unfortunately is lacking in this department. It isn't all the baristas, but some of them perhaps feel they are too good to serve coffee. This is probably due to the spoiled brats that this area produces. I hope that someday soon they will once again be the nice and classy coffee shop it used to be.
