Went to NoFrills today and picked up some items in the flyer this week. I was at Lane 6 at approximately 16:51:17 o'clock as said on my receipt.
There is a limit of 6 for the Unico Tuna and I made a comment for a customer who was in front of me.
"I'm curious how the cashier is going to handle this. There's a limit of 6 for the tuna and that customer has 12." I'm a cashier as well so I understand when there's a limit and I follow it. But that cashier let the customer slide with 12 tuna's so I'm thinking, "Ok she must be a really nice cashier," and didn't think more of it.
But then when it came to my turn to be cashed out I had 6 cans of tuna and 2 more for a friend who was with me a the time. There was two people versus the one guy with 12 cans of tuna. Am I going to make a huge deal about the tuna? Yes I am, because I can. The cashier's argument is that she didn't notice the customer in front of me had 12 cans of tuna. So what? You charged him for 6 then? NoFrills must be rich if she can get away with that. I wouldn't have cared if she made a comment to the customer in front of us at the beginning but she said something to me and my friend after she let that one customer slide with 12 cans of tuna. Is she just that retarded she can't count or notice 12 cans of tuna? Or is this a case of discrimination because the customer in front of us didn't look Chinese? *Insert sarcastic, bad joke* Haha, that I can read and write, and speak perfect English. She had terrible customer service and NoFrills should consider training her more, considering I even verbally told her from the beginning the customer in front of me had 12 cans of tuna. She clearly can't count nor can she listen to others well.
Her name is Bridget on the receipt. Bridget can't count and Bridget does not know how to listen to customers well.
