  • We've used this place a few times because it is close to our home, restaurants, and good shopping. However, it is frustrating because the wait is always about 30 minutes or longer than quoted and it is usually a very half-way clean. Even when I've upgraded to a better "clean" the car does not look very clean. Over priced for the quality of work done on the car. I read the managers comments he posted after my review and I will say we have taken the car back once, and it's very frustrating after spending several hours there already. Get it right the first three hours, so I do not need to spend more time there. No one wants to get into their car after paying $80 and waiting three hours and see dirt, period! Today when I got into my car I was wiping the interior down with a baby wipe. Things my kids left over on the seats that they did not scrub off. Not "deep set stains", like the manager implied, just plain mess that I could wipe off with a baby wipe & they ignore. Car is never fully clean and we've never heard anything but excuses like the one below. Interesting also that he was quick to write back on this review, but no one cared about my problem at the actual location today. The fact that the manager gets on Yelp and argues with unsatisfied customers and blames them for the problem shows the caliber of service you'll receive.
