  • Absolutely the worst courier ever. Why Amazon continues to work with them is beyond me. I ordered 2 items from Amazon and this courier failed to deliver my order both times. The 1st time was a year ago where I chose 1 day shipping but waited a week. I also instructed them to deliver the item before 5 pm as I was in an office, yet they came after 7 pm. Hello?? After a week of tracking this shipment I saw a FAILED TO DELIVER status on their tracking site. huh??! I then got confirmation from amazon that the shipment was lost. In this case amazon picked up the bill and had the seller resend me the item with another carrier (purolator) free of charge. Case closed. The 2nd order from amazon was 2 days ago and I chose same day shipping. The tracking site eventually showed it would be delivered by 9 pm. Again, I got irritated because I specified my address as a business address and asked the order be delivered before 5 pm. No surprise, they attempt to deliver the item at 6:45 pm so now my package has an ATTEMPTED DELIVERY status. As of now I still don't have my package and every time I call dynamex (tforce or whatever they want to call themselves now) to get more info regarding when I will get my package, they give me the epically annoying "they will try to deliver it today, if not next week" crap...PATHETIC!. This company has no logistics analysis or any process that resembles form of decent customer service. I wonder how much money amazon has actually lost compensating their customers for this company's incompetence! UPDATE NOV 19 2017. The incompetence of this courier continues to baffle me, After my repeated communications to their customer service/dispatchers stressing that the shipping address for my order is a business address, and that they should only deliver the package during business hours, they made an attempt to deliver my package on a Sunday afternoon!!!!! Yet they don't seem to find the time or logic to ship it to me during the day on the Thursday or Friday before???ARGH!!! Anyone with high blood pressure or heart issues should not deal with this company. IF they continue with this stupidity, I am never going to get my package!
