Very disappointed by Brio last night. Had horrible service from the get-go when entertaining clients. 2 different parties of 4 who came in after us got served drinks long before we did. After we brought this to the attention of our waitress she was extremely unapologetic and in fact showed a markedly soured attitude towards us after that. We flagged down an also unapologetic seem-to-be manager, who first pointed to our waters joking that we "did have our drinks" and then got very busy describing how he kept glancing over at us during his walk thrus and everything seemed okay... weird that he was so defensive. His (wrong) "impression" is besides the point. .. He offered to "buy us the round" but never checked on us again. In fact, we had to ask that the drinks be taken off when the increasingly snarky waitress didn't know a thing about it when presenting us with the check. All in all bad, unfriendly, non-empathic and disrespectful customer service. No fun to encounter flippant staff with an attitude. I will be telling my friends about this experience.
