  • If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. We walked in to exchange a pair of 90 dollar jeans and stood at the register for 10 minutes before we were helped. Multiple people with name tags had looked up and not come over. The young girl who finally helped us was rude and when we asked a question about a certain type of jean, another store associate was also rude and couldn't answer a simple question. Overall a terrible experience, I will be driving to the boot barn on Dobson where customer service exists.
