  • Super disappointing visit. Came in with my son to get his foot looked at. Website and yelp says open at 8am. Our insurance does not want us to go to emergency room so co pay is very high for that. I know his foot probably has a break but need to see someone. So we come here. He there at 8. Sign in. And fill out all paperwork. Also make co pay payment. Some 40 minutes later the front desk person tells me the the doctor is not there, and is stuck in traffic. And won't be in for an hour. We could have saved a big hassle by tells me the truth up front. That policy usually works! Then we are told to go to their other location. She didn't call them to confirm they could see us. She was embarrassed to have to lie to us and was flustered. I called the other location and asked and they had to put me on hold to, I am certain call our location to find out. Long story shirt I asked for a refund on my co pay and left. And apologized to the front office person for being rude to her earlier. Could be a decent place as it was in the past but this is not excusable. Ever. Tell the truth. Have some morals. You took and oath.
