  • So happy to see Pigeon Bagels popping up around Pittsburgh. They do not have a store front but you can find them around various markets, coffee shops, and some restaurants in Pittsburgh. All their bagels are hand rolled and baked in stone ovens and they are DELICIOUS. Chock full of flavor, the Everything & Sesame bagels are loaded with seasoning on both sides of the bagels, so very fresh, and definitely filling a void in Pittsburgh. Weekly you can find them serving up bagel sandwiches with their homemade cream cheese, lox, veggies, hummus, etc., at the Bloomfield Market on Saturday, and Squirrel Hill market Sunday. Some regular locations serving them up plain accompanied by their cream cheese flavors include Espresso a mano, Zeke's, Square CafĂ©, just to name a few. Lovely staff, and they're definitely starting to build their reputation, marked by the very long lines they draw at the farmer's markets.
