  • This was my nail salon for quite a few years until the last owner sold it to the new owner. They can care less if you've been going there for years they just want to get you in and out. This past weekend I had to get my nails done before returning to work so I decided to go back here. I walked in asked for an employee that has been there for a while to do my pedi/mani they ignored my request and we're going to place me with someone new. I saw Mary was doing a pedi and asked if I could wait for her to be done. She said yes. I soaked for 20 mins only for her to tell me she was going to have someone else do the pedi part and she would come over and paint them. I reluctantly agreed. Mid way through my pedi with person number one I asked if they wanted to just finish my pedi. He said sure and then when Mary came over she took over anyways.... at this point I just wanted to be done. Mary then completed my gel mani. As I was waiting to leave I noticed written in window marker that they were offering a free gift with "any" mani + pedi. After I paid for my services I asked about the free gift and Mary said no that I didn't qualify for the gift. I questioned her and said I just got a mani pedi Mary replied with what did you get the last time you were here. I said I have had no idea that it's been a really long time and that it wasn't a big deal. As I turned around to walk away she said to wait that she will get it for me. She turned around and said a smug comment in a different language that had every one of her workers look uncomfortable and look at me. She handed me the free gift which was a little bottle of lotion. She handed me that lotion as if I was begging her for it. She's extremely rude and she shouldn't have signs on her window if she doesn't expect people to ask. I spent 70.00 there I figured I could ask. She has no sense of customer service and this is the owners girlfriend!!!! Next time I will soak my own gel off my fingers and put a clear coat on because they will never get a single cent from me again.
