So here is the thing.... Annie from the restaurant side should be the mirror example of not only the restaurant but also the club side. If everyone acted like her, I'm sure our experience would have been much better. Long story short: a friend fell down the stairs but I was lucky enough to catch her before she hit the ground. However, she lost her shoes and cut her leg to where her entire leg was covered in blood. The bouncer who was covering the stairs and who this happened right in front of, did nothing. I continued to help her out and when we got to the front we asked another bouncer for a napkin or something to help. He said "what am I supposed to do"... obviously I was frustrated with this answer so I expressed that and he was literally chest bumping me as It in challenging me. I didn't want any part of that so we left. However, being in the hotel industry for many years I understand that you cannot fix what you do not know is broken. So, and went back upstairs and found Joe who was a in charge of the cl b and the security staff. I'm thinking of Joe I had a problem with one of his guys and he could tell I was upset. Joe knew customer service and actually how to talk to people. He addressed the situation and acknowledge there may have been a problem. I appreciate Joe and because of him, Annie, and the amazing Courtney at the bar, this really would have been a horrible.
