  • Ever since fresh and easy was bought out it has gone down hill. Coupons don't work, misleading, horrible customer service. I spent $66.00 and was supposed to get a free water, I left it under the card and forgot to ring up the water and quickly asked the guy there to help me. He said there is nothing he can do except void the whole thing. Absolutely ridiculous. He is sitting there talking with a friend while we are struggling with these machines ! #1 service. What a joke . I lost out on 8$ rewards and 4 dollars worth or coupons!
