  • My relationship with Verizon began in September 2015 upon moving back to Phoenix. The MetroCenter location was new, plus it was the closest Verizon store to me, so I decided to give it a shot and see how it turns out. The kid (early 20s, Hispanic), was super helpful and efficient in terms of getting my phone service up-and-running and getting my new iPhone ready as well. He gave me comprehensive information about Verizon, helped me pick the right plan, and even put the screen protector on for me. Additionally, Verizon gave me a nice bundle of accessories along with my iPhone that I was able to pick out for myself. Since that first visit, I hadn't had to come back to the store until recently when my screen protector was damaged (from me dropping my phone) and had to be replaced. Although I used the warranty to replace the screen, I tried to install it myself only to have massive problems getting it to stay on. So, before calling Zagg and freaking out on them, I decided to see if the folks at Verizon could install it for me. Upon arrival, the store was super busy and I was politely informed that a 30 minute wait was the norm on that day. I can appreciate a store that sets HONEST expectations. "Fine, I can wait 30 minutes for help", I said. After a bit, a gal came out to ask me what I needed help with. I told her and she promptly went to the back, got my phone screen sorted out, and exchanged the replacement screen protector that I mishandled with a new one. She also gave me directions for using the warranty so I wouldn't have to be charged for the new one. So the bottom line for me, Verizon at MetroCenter has come through for me both times that I stopped in for help. No questions asked, no issues whatsoever. Good staff at this location and they worked to solve my issues quickly, which I appreciated. Great Verizon location!
