  • Pretty excited to try this new bbt joint with different tapiocas. The matcha drink has this powdery feel and left a scratchy feeling in my throat. The black sesame tapioca is not bad but also had this gritty feel. If both are more smooth it would taste significantly better. But what stood out to me was the service. The girl serving the drink obviously had this attitude going on with the eye rolling (behind her glasses), and after we showed her our receipt for the drinks, she told us to throw the receipt in the garbage bin ourselves - again with an attitude. Never had that happen in other bbt places. Definitely a turn off.
