  • As car washes go, this chain, in our opinion, is one of the better ones. However, this location is older and they don't seem to fix things very fast. The friendly staff (who seem to rotate like a revolving door...have not seen the same person as cashier twice that I can remember in going here nearly 3 yrs) told me hours are 7a-7p every day. During the weekdays, you can get a cheap wash for $3. They do try to sell you the monthly, take-outta-your-credit/debit-automatically plans, but I do not participate in that. Those are unlimited washes every month, so if you have extra cash, or a black car, or you obsess over having a clean car, try it out. The reason for only 2 stars is because, for the 2nd time in a row, and we haven't been to this location lately, one of the vacuums didn't have any suction, and there is only 1 vacuum on each side of the stall for 2 cars to share. Both times, different stall where the vacuum didn't work. Plus, I forgot to take a giant car magnet off before going thru and they couldn't find it when I called later that day, nor the next week. A giant car magnet. How could they not find that??? Regarding the chain and the vacuums, the brand new location just off the 101 on 90th in Scottsdale has 2 vacuums on each side, so every stall has their own set of 2 vacuums. Car wash is sufficient and so far hasn't damaged our cars at all. Unlike Fast Lane down the road. Plus, no ppl in the lot trying to sell you Omega Auto Glass, you need a new windshield because you have 5 teeny tiny almost invisible pockmarks in your windshield and that's dangerous. Big bonus not to have those vultures hounding you.
