  • 10-4-2014 at 2031 hours at gate A7. Numerous elderly needing wheelchair assistance and they sat at the gate while three employees attempted to get more help by using their radios and yelling to employees walking by. Super unprofessional and I felt really bad for the folks in wheelchairs. It was quite the show and should have never happened.
