Sorry but this place was not appealing. I went because of the groupon (I think it was around $20 for the $45 signature pedicure). If you're gonna call yourself a "rock" spa (whatever that means), people are going to expect something distinctive and cool. Kashmir Rock Spa did not deliver.
I'll start with the magazine selection, since one of my favorite aspects of getting a pedicure is reading trashy mags without feeling guilty that I'm not using my time more productively. When I looked for the magazines, I discovered that there weren't any! Nope; not a one. They had a book about make-up looks and a copy of the New Times. Wow, thanks.
Then there were the rockin' (not!) cocktails that came with the spa pedi. They were pre-mixed and kind of gross. It's not that I require an amazing cocktail when I get a pedicure, but if you're gonna offer one as part of your gimmick, at least make it something that's worth the calories.
On to the pedicure itself. I actually liked soaking my feet in a bucket, because buckets are probably much easier to clean than those foot spas with jets notorious for housing bacteria. The massage was another story. It should be illegal to massage someone's feet with ridiculously long nails. I'm talking 3/4 inches past the fingertip. Yes, someone actually tried to massage my feet that way, and all I could feel was fingernails scratching me. Not cool!
The pedi itself was fine. Very average. The free nail art that was included with the spa pedi was a joke. My friend and I agreed that a kindergartener without a cosmetology background could have done a better job. If you can't do it right, don't even bother.
NOT worth it - even with a Groupon.
