  • I purchased my 2009 Focus from Earnhardt Ford in January 2009. They have been WONDERFUL over these past 8 years! I live in N Scottsdale, but I'd rather drive to Earnhardt in Chandler than have Autonation Ford even touch my vehicle! ( I had a problem early-on and they were terrible...I will NEVER RETURN to AUTONATION for anything !) Suzette handled my situation very professionally and personally. She kept me updated throughout the process and my vehicle is working like new again! This dealership is ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE! (I only wish they were located closer to my home.) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARNHARDT FORD to anyone interested in purchasing and/or maintaining their Ford. I have had almost all service for my Focus over the past 8+ years done there...and they have continued to live up to and even exceed my expectations! Kudos to the ENTIRE EARNHARDT FORD STAFF!
