I love local businesses and like to support them. When they are good, I like to spread the positive news. I cannot say the same about All Hands on Deck. What a disappointment.
I bought a groupon and after many calls was scheduled for my first appointment. While there, I scheduled my second appointment and was told they weren't sure if it went through on the computer and to call back to confirm the date. I called back many times, left messages and did not receive a call back. I finally walked in on a Saturday to physically confirm my appointment. I was surprised there were no customers. They previously told me that as a groupon customer I needed to schedule on a weekday because the weekends were reserved for their clients. The man (owner) looked at the schedule and he did not see me listed. I scheduled an appointment and wrote it down in front of him to confirm I had the right date and time. I had to leave work early for the appointment and when I got there the location was closed. I called them immediately and left a message. They have not called me back. I am now going to attempt to get a portion of my groupon refunded due to no service.
If this business wants to survive they need to do a few things - return calls, keep their word on appointments and treat groupon customers with the same respect as other customers because if I had a good experience I would return. The way it is right now I won't be returning and will tell my friends to not even give them a try. I will be surprised if the spa stays in business.
