  • We have driven by the Hungry Monk too many times to count. On May 03, 2017, my Wife & I decided to drop in and try it. So glad we finally did that as the food & service are excellent. We were promptly seated, restrooms are very clean as is the restaurant. What to have for lunch was our main concern at this point? My wife ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Pita w/fries while I ordered the Bacon/Swiss burger w/fries also. Our lunch was cooked to order and served pipping hot! The fires are excellent. My burger was one of the best that I ever had! It was thick and cooked the way I like it. My wife reported that her Pita was also excellent. She had too many fires--no problem as I'll never pass up great fries. We highly recommend The Hungry Monk to all!
