  • This was probably the worst experience ever! We were given a free 3 night stay in the Luxor in exchange for attending a "2-3" hour time share presentation at Grandview Resort and it was NOT worth it. We were asked to be ready to go at 10am and we didn't finish with the presentation until 2! Our sales person Dave started out pretty friendly but because super rude and aggressive after we told him we weren't interested in the timeshare 10 times. He brought in his manager to try to sell it to us, and then after we told him no, we had to tell another 2 people no before we were able to go. Then, we waited another 40 mins for the shuttle to take us back to our hotel. I left in tears with the way i was treated. I will never do another time share presentation again!!
