  • Why would a business text you &email you regarding an event &then when you show up the general manager comes up to you &asks if you're a customer?He also says we only see you when we have a free event going on - would that make you want to be a customer or keep being a customer.That's what happened to me today when the general manager Mike Pheln approached me.I mean the store is classy &clean but that was uncalled for-didnt know if it was because I was a small woman &I was easier to belittle but when I worked for a business when I was younger I made my customers feel like Royalty(Kings & Queens).I guess he wanted me to feel like a pauper?
