rev:text	If I could give this no stars I would, let me tell you that you would think these people were on their A game. I come in this morning I wanted an ice English breakfast tea, it's on the app I've seen it and I know you have to wait to steep the tea, and I'm OK with that, I known it's a process, I was willing to wait to get WHAT I WANTED AND PAID FOR. So the girl at the register is always a sweetheart she told me they can do an ice latte English breakfast, first I said no because you think latte you think expresso right she said no we don't add espresso, OK living in AZ you want something cold. I'm waiting for my drink when the idiot making the drinks tells me we don't have English breakfast we have Earl Gray OK that's fine, then tells me well the tea is only hot and I said to him that the girl when I ordered told me they can make it in latte because I wanted it iced originally, he seemed so bothered to have to do any extra steps I just told him to make it hot. Believe me I know you can make it ice my sister works at Starbucks, but I get it you don't want to make the extra effort to make the drink I want to drink. This Starbucks is so ridiculous and no management around no wonder it's a fail. The only reason I stopped was because it's the closet coffee shop but everytime I come it'd always something. Worst location ever. Starbucks needs to be more like Dutch Bros when it comes to service they are always on their game no matter what the order is.
