  • I wish you could give 0 stars! Extremely dissatisfied with the care I received from Arthur and the staff at NextCare. Arthur thinks he is all high and mighty and does not listen to the patient. He thinks he knows everything. He was the worst provider I have ever been to see and I will never return to a NextCare again in the future. He was very creepy and did not clearly explain what he was doing or listen to what I was saying about the problem. He barely spent 3 minutes with me and then proceeded to tell me that I need to ice and that the pain I was experience was "not that bad". I asked for more information, which he refused. I told him that I would like to get an x-ray to put my mind at ease. He did not want to go the extra mile for me and proceeded to tell me that "I was extremely rude and to get out of his office". I am appalled by the level of disrespect I received from this facility and I will not be returning. This was the worst patient care I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY!
