I would give zero star. After we picked a vehicle and proceeded to the exit, there was a line up and it took 10 minutes for one of the guy to figure out his computer did not work. We had to drove to another exit and process the paper work.
The remote control of the vehicle was flaky. When I reported the problem when I returned the vehicle, the Alamo guy said he would give me $10 credit. A few days later, I was shocked that my credit card was charged even though we prepaid by priceline. I called and their explanation was clean up fee. We removed all the paper and didn't even eat inside the car and the car was clean. It was ridiculous. It took so many phone calls to different departments of Alamo to have the clean up fee removed. All the people we deal with at Alamo in Las Vegas were morons.
I had rented vehicle hundreds of time for both personal and business travels. This is the first time and the last time I will use Alamo. Extremely bad experience.
