  • Clearly phone orders are not a priority. I just sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my phone order. I am under a time crunch and simply wanted to place a sandwich order and go pick it up before a meeting. I finally gave up after sitting on hold for 10 minutes. Do not recommend them if you just want to place a phone order.
