  • So happy that Discount Tire recommended Network Alignment when they thought my daughter's car needed some help. Turns out ~ the car didn't need an alignment at all and Scott was quick to say "on the house" for the cost of that assessment :) Most service industries will figure out a way to take your $$$ ~ not this one. I appreciate Scott's customer service, honesty and integrity. When we ARE ready for any type of repair that Scott will be able to assist with in the future ~ we will take our vehicles to him as he's earned a new customer although he has yet to make a from us yet. He knows the value of going above and beyond the customer's expectations AND he knows how valuable word of mouth is. I absolutely recommend Network Alignment for your cars needs.
