  • Shannon and Wil are FANTASTIC!! I called Shannon in a panic. I've never had to deal with A/C problems. I moved out here from CA and I hardly used a/c. Being out here 7months now this experience and lesson will be a permanent reminder. That being said, I am so Thankful to Shannon for staying calm while I was having a breakdown. She set my appointment and had Wil at my home sometime after 12pm. What can I say about Wil??? He is super polite, professional and thorough. He was patient when speaking to my father who was rushing from California to help me with the a/c. Wil had my a/c fixed before my parents even got to Vegas. Now,I can say my A/C is blowing a cool 78. Thank You Shannon and Wil for all your help and understanding!!!
