| - These guys have got to be the most loved people in Vegas. I think their marketing strategy is amazing. I came to one of these stores maybe 6-7 years ago when I had a flat. I remember it being a shocking experience because after all was said, done and repaired, and I went up to the register to pay, they said, "OH, it's free!". I was like, "Yeah right, how much." "No, it's free." and I'm thinking, 'Okay, what kind of scam is this?!' but I thanked them, walked out, turning around really quickly to watch my back, and then thought, 'Wow, that was free. They're crazy!' I know, I'm so distrustful...but it's VEGAS! So then I got another flat one year and I remember (through positive reinforcement), I went straight to these guys again. And left this time without watching my back and not having paid a cent for another slow leak repair. I honestly felt really guilty for not paying anything and was tempted to go buy ice cream for everyone. But you can also tip them so they can go buy ice cream for themselves too. Then, the day came. My tires went to s^&*. So what did I do? It was the good ol memories, smiling faces, cute guys and "It's FREE!" that drew me back. Although for four tires, they did not say "It's free!". But that's okay....because I like them so much, they were the first place I went to when I needed new tires. How genius...build long-lasting, trusting relationships with your customers and they will come. And I should mention that the deal I got here was one of the best in town. Thanks guys!
