| - I never get a haircut or buy a mattress from someone who doesn't offer me a drink first... Simple, rule of thumb here. This place does not disappoint.
It is 2018 and the world is all about relationship development and how something/someone makes you feel. If a mattress salesman can make me feel like I am his best friend and the center of the world, then I have found my guy.
Sweet Dreams is local, family, company and the passion they have for serving the community is quite evident. The owners spend time working in the store, volunteering in the community and donating their time/talents to different boards in the area.
When my wife and I first walked in, we were greeted by one of the owners who was working in the store that day. He asked what we were looking for and offered us both a beverage. I happily accepted a crisp, cold, beer from the mini fridge... Did I say happily? It was probably with pure man-child joy. We were there looking for a new mattress as it was definitely time we retired the one we had. Greg was extremely helpful and provided an amazing, no pressure, situation when it came to selecting a mattress. Plenty of options to test out and very knowledgeable staff to ensure we were selecting the right mattress for our dollar and our needs. While we were there, we spotted a living room set that we just had to have to go along with the new mattress. Now... I am more than sure that selling furniture is about like selling cars. There is some give/take and some deals to be haggled with but these guys made it easy and understood what we needed/wanted and how much we were willing to spend on what we saw.
All in all... we had a phenomenal experience. With great customer service that begins at the top, I am more than certain all employees would be at, or close to, the same level. I have been in a few more times just to look around but will most definitely ensure this is at the top of my list when it is time for a new living room set.
